Tracy Starks has over fifteen years of experience in corporate Training and Development. After attending the University of Mississippi she began her career at Fidelity Investments, SW where she worked as a financial services representative and Training Manager for 6 years. During her career, Tracy has worked as Regional Training Director for FirstPlus Mortgage and Financial Services and the Regional Training and Operations Manager for Whataburger, Inc., serving the Dallas-Fort Waco/Austin-Waco territories. She began her career in security and investigations with Barton Protective Services. Her 4 year tenure with Barton included experience in class “A” high rise buildings and Training and Development. She is also a certified BLS instructor with the American Heart Association and a current member of the Downtown Security Directors Association (DSDA).
